Avtandil graduated from the Georgian Technical University, Faculty of Telecommunications, both Bachelor’s and Master Degree and also completed a full course at the Information Technology Vocational and Education Center. He is a Cellular Network and Systems Engineer and a Computer Network and Systems Specialist. Avtandil is interested in Cyber Specialization.
