Nato Jiadze is a reserve officer and serves as the main specialist at the Training and Military Education Command of the Defence Forces, Ministry of Defence of Georgia. She is also a lecturer at Caucasus University, teaching master’s students in the School of Technology. Nato attended the CyCon 2024 annual conference. In her role, she is responsible for developing documents related to the Substantial NATO-Georgia Package (SNGP) and various NATO programs. She is involved in planning international courses for military personnel within the framework of bilateral and multilateral programs, as well as the Partnership for Peace program. Throughout her long service in the military, Nato has established the NATO STANAG evaluation system and has planned and hosted NATO conferences and seminars in Georgia. She has also organized international educational courses. Nato has delivered speeches at international conferences and seminars, including online international scientific conferences focused on hybrid warfare, cyber warfare. Nato gives lectures on modern cyber warfare and cybersecurity at the national, regional, and global levels. She holds a diploma from the Advanced Staff Officer Course at the Netherlands Defence College and completed a NATO course at NATO School Oberammergau. She graduated from the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) course: Cyber Security: A Virtual Learning Journey. Recently, in 2024, She graduated from Geneva center for security policy course: “Cybersecurity in the contest of International Security”. In January 2021, Nato earned a PhD in International Relations with a research focus on “Georgian Cybersecurity policy and international challenges.” She also holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the Technical University of Georgia. For her distinguished service in the Georgian Defence Forces, Nato has been awarded several medals. She is a native Georgian speaker and is fluent in English and Russian.
