We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone for our organization. The Scientific Cyber Security Association (SCSA) has officially been admitted as an organizational member of the Non-Commercial Stakeholder Group (NCSG) within the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).
As an official member, SCSA joins a vital global network of civil society organizations, research institutions, and academics dedicated to protecting non-commercial interests, internet freedom, and the security of the global domain name system (DNS). This membership strengthens our ongoing commitment to actively shaping international internet governance, fighting internet fragmentation, and advocating for robust cyber security policy frameworks.
Through this platform, SCSA will bring regional expertise to ICANN's policy-making processes, collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure an open, secure, and resilient internet for all.
