Roman Odarchenko is a Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor. Received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in telecommunications from the National Aviation University, Kiev, Ukraine in 2009 and 2010, respectively. He currently holds the position of Head of the Department of Telecommunication and Radioelectronic Systems of the National Aviation University.
