Maksim Iavich has offered the talk: Verkle based Post-quantum digital signature with lattices. He has presented the novel post-quantum scheme using Vekle tree, eloborated by his team. The technical director of Scientific Cyber Security Association – SCSA Dr. Giorgi Akhalaia was also invited to the conference.
