Founder and Chairman of the Board of “Internet Development Initiative IDI”; Advisor of the LEPL “Cyber Security Bureau” of the Ministry of Defense in 2015 – 2016; He is a Doctor of Political Sciences in the direction of Cyber Security Strategy, Policy, Development and Management; the author of the first Georgian book about Cybersecurity; He is the author of numerous articles and papers; Member of the Advisory Board of the International Organization “Global Commission Stability of Cyberspace”; Coordinator of the Cyber Security Plenary Session at the EuroDIG2017; Member of the Organizing Committee of the SEEDIG2017; Initiator and organizer of the first Internet Governance Forum of Georgia – GeoIGF; Initiator and organizer of the first Georgian Students’ Cyber Security Festival Holding; At the University of Georgia he established “Center for Study and Research of Internet”.
