Tamta Aptarauli with bachelor’s degree in information technologies from Caucasus University and five years of work experience in the IT industry is strong focused on innovation and self-development. In this way, she is currently raising her awareness in cybersecurity. Beginning her career as troubleshooter, where she honed her communication, problem solving, quick and strategic thinking skills to a high degree. She has since held one of the key roles in computer security, where she developed security policies for greater reliability and protection of devices, sensitive information and corporate networks. Her next and also present field is helpdesk, where she adeptly manages hundreds of machines by unified centralized management system. She controls hardware, install software with its automatic patches with precision and efficiency, which ensures a safe and continuous business process. Due to her strong communication skills, technical expertise, leadership qualities, and problem-solving abilities, she also serves as a mentor in the Department of Information Technology. She remains actively involved in this pursuit to the present day while concurrently mastering the field of cybersecurity.
